VIDEOGRAPHY SERVICES

Almost all Freelance Video work that I have done is related to music in some way, wether it is an interview with a local musician or music educator, or a music video. I pride myself on completing projects on schedule and working with clients in order to ensure that the end product reflects the client or their organization in a good light, and captures what makes them unique. Before uploading final videos I always send a rough draft to the client for approval, and so that they can give comments and criticism.

College/High School Video Auditions: Similar to how I approach audio projects for College and High School students, I offer an affordable method of getting professional quality videos, while working around a student's busy schedule. All footage is color corrected, audio is touched up to remove room noise, and title slates are added to each video so when played consecutively a level of cohesion is maintained. Final videos are put into a zip file and sent to the client already packaged to be sent off to colleges.

Interviews: While working with Conn Selmer to create educational videos for use at the Conn Selmer Institute, I interviewed local music educators talking about how they approached teaching students and how that led them to the prestigious Midwest Clinic. Interviews are a simple project for clients that can be used to easily raise awareness on a subject or get information readily available to the mass public. A client can supply questions to be asked during the interview, or I can prepare a set of questions related to the topic at hand. Often the client themselves will be the subject of the interview, but I can also supply talent to be the subject of the interview.

Music Videos: I have been hired be a few bands in the past to help create a music video for the band. Most of the time I will utilize a montage of video clips of the band behind the scenes mixed with a studio or live performance of the song. Due to resources I am unable to do music videos with a ton of special effects etc.

Corporate Advertisements & Recruitment: If you need a basic video to represent your company, an event, or any kind of organization, this is the kind of videography I might employ. Taking a montage of pictures and video of your company working, or students playing instruments, etc. and laying peppy and inspirational music underneath the footage seems like a cliche, but it works for a reason and can help to provide a positive reflection in regards to the subject of the video.

All videos are subject to approval by the client before payment is accepted. I request that clients provide a list of comments regarding parts of the project they liked, and things that they might want me to change for the final product. Once approved and paid for the company is given full access to the video and may post it wherever they please. I appreciate being credited for the work I do on my projects, and if not in the video it is appreciated if included in the description. Depending on the subject of the video Consent Forms might be necessary. If you're unsure whether you need a copyright form err on the side of playing it safe. I can provide a Consent Form for the client, or the client may use their own.
